Should you really put on your skin something that you would not eat?

Studies have shown that substances which come into contact with our skin are absorbed directly into our bloodstream the same way that they are absorbed via our digestive tract.

Our philosophy at Serene Cream is to ensure that our creams are as close to nature as possible. We use the purest ingredients possible and source organic products wherever available.

WARTS....AND HOW TO GET RID OF THEM!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Someone once told me that all I had to do to get rid of a wart on my finger was to wish it on someone else! There was a particularly annoying girl in my class at school and I wondered fleetingly if I could wish it on her? I didn’t do it (well okay maybe I did?), but in any case it didn’t work so I had to try something else. Here is a list of all the remedies I know of – some I have tried and some I haven’t⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Banana skin – tried but probably not consistently enough for it to work – it’s a bit tricky to cut a small enough piece of banana skin and then put tape over it to keep it in place⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Over the counter wart treatments – tried but didn’t work⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Apple Cider Vinegar – only just learnt about this one – would like to try it⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4. Duct Tape – another one I would like to try⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5. Potato Juice – okay if you eat potatoes every day, seems like a waste of potato otherwise?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
6. Aloe Vera – this is what worked to get rid of that pesky wart on my finger – I was at boarding school and had an aloe vera plant in a pot on my desk – every day I dabbed a bit of fresh aloe juice on the wart and let it dry – I did this for about a month and woke up one day and it was gone! No diminishing in size gradually just one day it was there and the next it wasn’t! Perhaps I should have checked out the fingers of that annoying girl?!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I would love to hear your stories of successful (or unsuccessful) wart removal, please comment below if you know of a great remedy. 😊⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
